Enterprise Data Architecture Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Data Architecture Specialist to own the development and optimization of our data ecosystem.

Job Description:

As an Enterprise Data Architecture Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and secure enterprise data architecture, including data lakes, warehouses, and real-time streaming solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Architecture Design:
  • Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to ensure consistency, reuse, and governance.
  • Database Performance Optimization:
  • Optimize database performance (SQL/NoSQL) and implement partitioning, indexing, and query tuning strategies.
  • Cloud-Native Tool Deployment:
  • Deploy and manage data solutions using cloud-native tools (AWS Glue, Redshift, Azure Synapse, GCP BigQuery, etc.).
  • Metadata Management:
  • Introduce and oversee metadata management, MDM, and data lineage tracking using industry-standard tools.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in data architecture design and implementation.
  • Expertise in data modeling, database performance optimization, and cloud-native tool deployment.
  • Strong understanding of data security frameworks, including encryption, access control, GDPR, HIPAA compliance, etc.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to mentor and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay current with emerging technologies and trends in data architecture.
