Job Overview
JNB BEARINGS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing clients, and driving sales growth.

About the Role
We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales principles, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be expected to source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, manage sales leads by providing timely responses to clients while maintaining high-quality services and performance standards, and facilitate complete virtual walkthroughs of our projects. Additionally, you will analyze client requirements and assist them with their queries and clarifications, build ongoing relationships with existing clients and potential clients, and ensure seamless communication across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls.
  • Managing sales leads by providing timely responses to clients while maintaining high-quality services and performance standards.
  • Facilitating complete virtual walkthroughs of our projects.
  • Analyzing client requirements and assisting them with their queries and clarifications.
  • Building ongoing relationships with existing clients and potential clients.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Demonstrated domain experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent language proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A team player mentality, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Confidence and soft-spoken demeanor, with a passion for negotiation and dealing with complaints.
  • Persistent and results-oriented, with a patient approach to handling customer rejection.

Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
