About the Role

To succeed as a Customer Service Specialist, you will ensure every customer receives reliable support and seamless service delivery, building trust and reinforcing our reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer inquiries and orders with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order processing.
  • Track order status and update customers on progress or potential issues.
  • Resolve service complaints, claims, and concerns with a solutions-first mindset.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and generate service performance reports.
  • Provide after-sales support and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • 0–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or client support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
