About Our Team

We are a group of dynamic professionals who work together to support clients over the phone and email, as well as implement their event requirements in our tool. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a strong analytical mindset to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and answer product questions from clients via phone and email
  • Offer best practice tips to clients to boost their meeting attendance using our marketing engine
  • Gather client requirements for future releases of our product
  • Create and maintain all product documentation
  • Implement and manage the online portion of client events as needed
  • Gather client requirements and implement them in our event management software
  • Communicate with clients and review initial implementation, making required changes
  • Provide suggestions to clients to improve overall result of implementation and help them meet their goals
  • Document all communication with clients in our CRM software

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates (2024, 2025)

  • Comfortable using online software products
  • Articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
