Achieve Operational Excellence in Facilities Management and Sustainability

">Job Description: As a Technical Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of technical facilities management and internal environment management workstreams. This role requires a solid discipline of operational excellence to ensure the smooth operation of facilities. You will implement workplace technical engineering guidelines, standards, and policy under the direction of the regional operations head and global process owners.

Key Responsibilities:Technical Operations: Provide technical subject matter expertise, including ICT Facility MEP design and operation, power, cooling, safety, security, and sustainability.Sustainability: Enhance the workplace experience and internal environmental quality by applying knowledge of health and well-being.Design, build, commission, and maintenance track record of electrical, mechanical systems, and other infrastructure components.">Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related discipline.
  • ISO 14001 lead auditor certification is desired.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in engineering services operation and infra projects context.
  • Corporate Real Estate experience is mandatory, with a preference for financial services and banking industry.
  • Medium-sized project MEP design and execution experience is essential.
  • Deep knowledge of Building Management System design, implementation, and operation.
