Facilities Engineering Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Technical Lead. This position will be responsible for overseeing engineering challenges, working closely with the chief engineer, and monitoring M&E projects.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering, and ideally 3-7 years of experience in the field.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering complete and accurate facility management reports, hitting financial targets, and achieving key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities- Manage on-site mechanical, electrical, plumbing installations and civil maintenance
- Prepare critical spares lists based on manufacturers' recommendations
- Plan maintenance inventory with in-house teams
- Conduct pre-emptive maintenance programs to prevent equipment malfunctions
- Arrange ad-hoc M&E setups based on client requirements
- Degree in engineering, ideally electrical or mechanical engineering
- 3-7 years of experience in facilities management
- Strong leadership and individual contributor expertise
- Mastery in the field
