Job Title: Facilities Manager-Technical

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and client-centric Engineering Manager to lead our facilities management team in managing and maintaining our office buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong grasp of client satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide innovative solutions that improve systems, save costs, and ensure a safe and healthy environment for occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain mechanical, electrical, and MEP systems, including HVAC, lighting, and water supply systems.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of building equipment, including elevators, generators, and fire suppression systems.
  • Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce energy consumption and costs.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards and maintenance issues.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance, repairs, and client projects.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on client projects and renovations.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Continuously improve systems and save costs for clients.
  • Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions.
  • Manage and maintain facilities and equipment.
