Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan resources according to the project schedule and track progress daily to support the Project Manager in ensuring timely resource availability.
  • Coordinate and manage engineering and technical activities in alignment with the Project Manager's directives.
  • Assist the Senior Project Engineer and Project Manager on all project-related issues, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Facilitate and expedite all activities related to project execution, coordinating interdepartmental efforts for cost-effective and timely delivery.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve interdisciplinary issues through proactive engagement and coordination.
  • Analyze and track technical documents and data to support project planning and execution.
  • Establish and revise baseline schedules and monitor progress in line with the master project plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or equivalent discipline).
  • 5-10 years of proven experience in project engineering and management, specifically during the engineering phase of Oil & Gas projects.
  • Strong understanding of the engineering lifecycle and interdisciplinary coordination.
  • Hands-on experience in project scheduling, resource planning, and baseline tracking.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
  • Exposure to international Oil & Gas projects or EPC environments.
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams.
