Job Overview

The role of Senior Engineer involves leading the development and implementation of comprehensive engineering solutions. This position requires a solid background in civil engineering, with experience in managing facilities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for facility management, encompassing property administration, project planning, execution, and budget allocation.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Manage plant water systems, layout, and building drawings, as well as obtain necessary approvals from local authorities.
  • Cultivate a safe working environment by conducting safety campaigns and developing on-site emergency procedures.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, certification processes, and emergency response teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Civil or Diploma in Civil with 3-5 years of professional experience or 5-8 years of professional experience respectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in handling facility management tasks and familiarity with statutory guidelines and approvals related to Real Estate and facilities.
Key Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with facility management software and technology
  • Experience in budget planning and cost control
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations
