Company DescriptionAbout Sopra Steria Sopra Steria major Tech player in Europe recognised for its consulting digital services and software development helps its clients drive their digital transformation and obtain tangible and sustainable benefits It provides end-to-end solutions to make large companies and organisations more competitive by combining in-depth knowledge of a wide range of business sectors and innovative technologies with a fully collaborative approach Sopra Steria places people at the heart of everything it does and is committed to putting digital to work for its clients in order to build a positive future for all With 50 000 employees in nearly 30 countries the Group generated revenue of xe2x82xac5 1 billion in 2022 The world is how we shape it The Senior Facility Executive is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of facility management This role ensures that all building systems including mechanical electrical plumbing and safety are functioning efficiently The Senior Facility Executive also leads a team of facility staff coordinates vendor services and manages maintenance schedules to ensure the facility is well-maintained secure and compliant with all safety standards Key Responsibilities Facility Operations Oversee and manage day-to-day facility operations ensuring that building systems HVAC electrical plumbing etc are operating efficiently Regularly inspect buildings equipment and systems to identify any potential problems and take corrective action Oversee housekeeping pantry cafeteria and housekeeping services Coordinating and managing internal events Issue ID and access cards as per company standards Handling front office reception Team Leadership Supervise and mentor facility staff including janitors technicians and security personnel Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure effective and efficient service delivery Coordinate staff schedules and ensure proper coverage for daily operations Vendor and Contractor Management Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance repairs and projects Ensure quality service delivery as per SLA and within set budgets Oversee the work of contractors and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope Maintenance and Repairs Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability Track and schedule repairs and maintenance to ensure minimal disruption to business operations Maintain records of all maintenance activities equipment and building services Safety and Compliance Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations including fire safety emergency procedures and environmental standards Conduct regular safety audits and fire drills to ensure preparedness Address safety hazards promptly and ensure the facility is equipped with necessary safety equipment Budget Management Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective facility management Prepare reports on facility operations maintenance activities and expenses for management review Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement initiatives to optimize resource use Raising PR s and Processing the invoices on time and ensure timely payment to vendors Inventory and Supplies Management Monitor and manage inventory of facility-related supplies and equipment Ensure timely procurement of necessary materials and maintain vendor relationships for supply replenishment Client Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for all facility-related inquiries from internal and external stakeholders Address facility-related complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Qualifications and Skills Education Bachelor s degree Diploma in Facility Management Electrical Mechanical Engineering or a related field Experience Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in facility management with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of building systems maintenance procedures and safety regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficient in facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Experience with sustainability and energy-saving initiatives Total Experience Expected 03-07 yearsQualificationsBachelor s degree Diploma in Facility Management Electrical Mechanical Engineering or a related field Additional InformationAt our organization we are committed to fighting against all forms of discrimination We foster a work environment that is inclusive and respectful of all differences All of our positions are open to people with disabilities
