We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Facility Executive Soft Services to manage and oversee day-to-day soft services operations within our IT facility. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards in housekeeping, pantry services, front office management, pest control, and vendor coordination to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of all soft services within the facility, including housekeeping, pantry, pest control, front office, and waste management.
  • Ensure that all service areas are maintained to high cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards, especially in high-traffic and sensitive zones (meeting rooms, cafeterias, washrooms, etc.).
  • Supervise and coordinate with third-party vendors and service staff to ensure contract compliance and quality of services.
  • Monitor cleaning schedules, pantry stock levels, service SLAs, and staff deployment.
  • Conduct daily facility inspections to identify areas needing attention and ensure timely resolution.
  • Support front office operations by ensuring the reception area is always presentable and guest management protocols are followed.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of housekeeping and pantry supplies within budget.
  • Assist in onboarding of new vendors and participate in service evaluations and audits.
  • Maintain regular reporting on soft services performance, issues, and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with the security, transport, and technical maintenance teams for seamless facility operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in managing soft services in an corporate office environment.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of housekeeping procedures, hygiene standards, and facility audits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and facility management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
