Senior Investment Manager Position

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Investment Manager to join our organization. This full-time remote position will involve collaborating directly with our UK-based team.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and lender partners to facilitate debt financing
  • Create comprehensive client business overviews and investment memoranda
  • Analyze client financial information, including reviewing financial statements
  • Design and maintain detailed financial models, encompassing P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet
  • Coordinate interactions between lenders and clients
  • Manage project plans and adhere to internal service level agreements
Key Competencies
  • Financial modeling and analysis
  • Financial statement review
  • Preparation of high-quality marketing, investment, and credit materials
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in debt/equity advisory/PE/VC investment
  • Prior education or certifications in MBA, CFA, or CA are advantageous
