MEP Project Coordinator

The MEP Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient execution of projects, guaranteeing design accuracy and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Optimize MEP drawings to ensure design precision and enhance service efficiency.
- Contribute value engineering insights and benchmark service standards for outstanding performance.
- Support cost estimation and budgeting for MEP scope to drive informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams for seamless project execution.
- Monitor site progress, conduct regular inspections, and uphold quality standards to exceed expectations.
- Promote sustainability initiatives such as STP, WTP, rainwater harvesting, and green building practices.
- Develop MIS reports, certify bills, and manage MEP budgets to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Install and commission high-end equipment to meet project requirements.
A university degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management is essential. Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar role is required to demonstrate expertise and proficiency.
