Job Title: Project Coordination Specialist

This is a pivotal role that encompasses project planning, coordination, and implementation. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills to effectively monitor and present updates to stakeholders and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project timelines
  • Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely completion
  • Keep stakeholders informed about project progress through regular updates and communication
  • Support project team members with assigned tasks and provide guidance as needed
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all projects
  • Lead MEP activities across multiple projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and ELV systems
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors for seamless integration and efficient project delivery
  • Enforce compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations
  • Manage procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiations for MEP services
  • Conduct site inspections and quality audits to ensure adherence to design and safety standards
  • Present project updates to stakeholders and senior management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement
  • Implement energy-efficient and sustainable MEP solutions, aligning with industry best practices and company goals
  • Oversee project documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in MEP project management, with a proven track record of success
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of green building practices and energy codes is highly desirable
