Job Title: MEP Digital Project Coordinator

Job Description:

The BIM Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the successful integration and delivery of large-scale design projects. This position requires an experienced professional to oversee the digital aspects of construction and building information management systems.

  • Develop, implement and maintain effective BIM protocols and execution plans
  • Coordinate and manage the use of BIM technology on projects
  • Lead and manage a team of MEP CAD/Revit Modelers ensuring quality control and adherence to company standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • 5+ years' experience in design, drafting, and BIM management on large-scale projects
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and 3D BIM authoring tools
  • Experience in using Navis for Coordination and knowledge of MEP services
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and solve complex problems
