Job Overview

This is a strategic programs role that supports the country head in delivering key initiatives.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for program management and governance, CSR and employee engagement, and reporting and communication.

  • Program Management and Governance:
    • Ensure alignment of key projects to the organization's strategic roadmap.
    • Support the delivery of strategic outcomes by translating goals into actionable programs.
    • Maintain central program documentation repository and track governance forum actions.
  • CSR & Employee Engagement:
    • Anchor CSR governance and stakeholder communication across locations.
    • Partner with NGOs and internal committees to evaluate and present CSR initiatives.
    • Work closely with communications teams to promote broad-based engagement.
  • Reporting and Communication:
    • Create dashboards, trackers, and reporting packs for project reviews.
    • Design high-quality presentations to support internal and external communications.

Requirements

  • University Degree related to Business Administration or Operations.
  • 8+ years' total experience in program/project management or governance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite – specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge around efficient use of project tools e.g. MS Project, excel based project trackers, templates.
