Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Technical Program Lead to drive high-impact product and technology programs that transform the way people work.


This role is part of our Product Engineering organization, focusing on delivering large, cross-functional programs with a strong emphasis on technical expertise.


The ideal candidate will manage multiple concurrent projects, develop strategic partnerships with engineering and product leaders, and ensure timely program launches.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Developing and executing comprehensive project plans with key milestones and goals
  • Fostering strong relationships with engineering and product teams to drive focus on strategic objectives
  • Driving teams in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs
  • Cross-team alignment on goals, priorities, roadmaps, schedules, communications, and releases to all stakeholders

Requirements:


To succeed in this role, you will need 8+ years of full-time technical program management experience within an engineering or technical team, and a B.S./B.A. degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:


Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs, significant experience working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, individual contributors, and external clients, and knowledge of complex technical ecosystems and adequate technical depth.
