Strategic Leader for Contract Staffing Division

Seek a visionary leader to spearhead our Contract Staffing division.

The ideal candidate boasts 15+ years of expertise in talent acquisition and consulting, strong knowledge in IT, analytics, RPO, and non-IT hiring, and a proven track record of scaling business accounts.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who combines deep recruitment expertise, client relationship management, and business growth acumen to drive our contract staffing business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to deliver seamless candidate experiences and meet client hiring needs.
  • Manage and expand client relationships, build strong partnerships, and develop tailored talent acquisition strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth by offering innovative talent solutions and managing business accounts with significant revenue.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and performance excellence.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies, ensuring alignment with client and business goals.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics, generate timely reports, and provide insights to optimize processes.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR/Marketing or B.Tech. in any discipline.
  • 15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a consulting environment.
  • Proven experience managing teams of members and business accounts with significant revenue.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
