About the Role
We are looking for a smart, dynamic, and sensible professional to join our team as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Professional Staffing (IT Contract Staffing) and be capable of handling both account management and business development responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow key client accounts in the IT contract staffing domain.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand client requirements, workforce planning, and provide tailored staffing solutions.
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and through proactive business development.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Achieve revenue and growth targets while maintaining profitability.
Handle client escalations, negotiations, and contractual discussions effectively.
Key Requirements
Mandatory experience in IT Contract Staffing / Professional Staffing.
2–5 years of proven experience in Account Management / Business Development.
Strong client relationship management and stakeholder handling skills.
Ability to work independently with ownership and accountability.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to balance both account growth and new business generation.
