  • Focused heavily on IT Contract Staffing business targeting customers across IT services companies
  • Active client relationship management resulting in consistent repeat business
  • Responsible for Account management and Delivery
  • Generating business for IT contracting , fixed term contract and contract to hire for IT staffing. Generate more business from existing clients for account growth
  • Understanding various IT technologies and deliver as per the clients needs Setting up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice Leaders/Principal
  • Responsible for requirement Generation, maintaining and improving the relationship with Customers
  • Enhance client relationship & account penetration through regular client meetings and interactions.
  • Have a consultative approach with the client while discussing on requirements so as to propose feasible and quick fulfillment plans
  • Responsible for Handling clients, account management and client relationship management for contact staffing.
  • Responsible in achieving the annual revenue target
  • Increase the Revenue, Headcount, & Margin among the assigned clients.
  • Proactively and aggressively work with clients to become their preferred partner
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. Cold calling to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meeting potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the business network
  • Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
