Customer Service Manager

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Actively promote the hotel's services and facilities to guests, suppliers, and colleagues, showcasing our commitment to excellence in hospitality.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, while maintaining a focus on providing an exceptional guest experience.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and setting high standards for team performance and quality.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members, fostering growth and development within the department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve processes, systems, and policies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a managerial position in a 4 or 5-star category hotel.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills to effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including property management software and other relevant tools.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with guests, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn new skills and knowledge to stay ahead of industry trends and innovations.
