Delight Our Guests as a Front Office Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic professional to fill this role. As a key member of our front desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, and promoting our hotel's services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Register guests promptly and efficiently, resolving any challenges that may arise during their stay.
  • Check guests in and out, confirming reservation details and handling payments with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Promote personalized service and recognition to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including room assignments, folios, and special requests.
  • Communicate effectively with guests in their native language, if applicable, and respond to their needs in a timely and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Able to perform moderately complex mathematical calculations without error.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, listen, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
  • Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
