We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Campaign Manager to join our team at Zeta Global. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth by delivering high-quality campaigns that meet and exceed client expectations.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies that drive results for our clients.
  • Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and successful campaign implementation.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of experience in email campaign management and client services environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer service standards and ability to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Expertise in marketing automation tools, with a focus on Email campaign configuration and execution.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize work independently.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
