Talentiser is a leading SAAS startup in India, offering an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Director to drive demand generation and lead a high-performing marketing team.

Salary: ₹2,500,000 - ₹3,500,000 per annum

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy that aligns with business goals and drives qualified lead growth.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in demand generation, database segmentation, and B2B marketing, with a strong background in setting up advanced customer and prospect databases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a demand generation strategy that aligns with business goals and drives qualified lead growth.
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team and provide strategic guidance to achieve ambitious growth targets.
  • Create and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting high-value accounts to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
  • Drive A/B testing initiatives across marketing channels to optimize messaging, creatives, and conversion rates.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, content, and offline channels to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Build and lead integrated marketing campaigns that span the entire customer journey, from awareness to conversion, with a focus on delivering high-quality leads.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on marketing performance and ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience of 10+ years in demand generation, database segmentation, and B2B marketing.
  • Strong background in setting up advanced customer and prospect databases.
  • Expertise in defining ideal customer profiles and implementing predictive models.
  • Demonstrated success in running ABM campaigns and A/B testing.
  • Track record of achieving substantial growth in sales qualified leads.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
