Role Summary:


Synchrony, a premier consumer financial services company, seeks a Senior Campaign Operations Specialist to join its Performance Marketing Team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns for Synchrony Financial clients within the Performance Marketing COE. Your primary focus will be on building campaign data files based on marketing criteria, segmentation, and target populations on behalf of SYF clients. In addition, you will build automated or manual diagrams within our SAS campaign execution tool to ensure that all campaigns are executing accurately and in compliance.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform campaign execution process while adhering to compliance policies and maintaining key performance indicators at 100% accuracy and timely execution.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in CRM tools, SYF data warehouses, segmentation reporting, suppression exclusions, and file outputs.
  • Proactively propose, initiate, and execute process improvements that create business impact for campaign data file execution processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on the execution of campaign files, including defining requirements, managing deliverables, and auditing campaign files.
  • Drive continuous optimization of marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in team engagement activities and collaborate with team leaders.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or 2 years of experience in financial domain campaign operations.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Unix, and Excel.
  • Solid interpersonal skills at all organizational levels, including effective communication and influence.

Preferred Skills/Knowledge:



  • Understanding of US credit card or retail business.
  • Exposure to marketing and retail concepts.
  • Exposure to marketing databases.

Eligibility Criteria:



  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline or 2 years of experience in financial domain campaign operations.

Work Timings: This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility and Choice offered in Synchrony India and requires the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time – 11:30 AM Eastern Time.
