Our organization is seeking a seasoned HR Professional to spearhead its core Human Resource functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless HR operations, driving business growth through effective recruitment and talent management.

About the Role
  • Oversee Payroll Management to guarantee accurate and timely disbursement.
  • Manage the entire Recruitment cycle, including Talent Acquisition, to attract top talent.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive HR Policies to ensure statutory Compliance.
  • Conduct Employee Onboarding and Induction programs to facilitate a smooth transition.
  • Maintain employee records and handle Grievance Management with professionalism.
  • Foster collaborative communication among departments and teams to promote effective coordination.
  • Support Performance Management and Employee Engagement initiatives to drive success.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Labor Laws.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using HRMS and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Strong Organizational and Problem-solving skills.
