Chief People Officer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

• Talent Acquisition:
  Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Employee Relations:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  Mediate and resolve employee disputes and grievances in a fair and confidential manner.
• Compensation and Benefits:
  Administer and manage the company's compensation and benefits programs.
  Conduct market research to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
• HR Policies and Compliance:
  Develop, update, and enforce company HR policies and procedures.
  Ensure the company's compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations.
• HR Strategy and Administration:
  Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  Manage the departmental resources efficiently.
