**Years of Experience Post Qualification** - Minimum 2 to 4 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Strategy & Leadership**:

- Lead the financial planning and strategy of the organization to support long-term business goals.
- Provide strategic direction on financial management, investments, and business risks.
- Collaborate with senior management and the board to shape business decisions, ensuring financial implications are understood and managed.
- **Financial Reporting & Compliance**:

- Oversee the preparation of accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with corporate laws, tax regulations, and other statutory requirements. Manage the preparation of annual reports, tax filings, and other regulatory documentation.
- **Budgeting & Financial Planning**:

- Lead the budgeting process, setting financial goals, forecasts, and KPIs to support corporate objectives. Implement financial forecasts and analyze variances from the budget to improve profitability and cost-efficiency.
- Regularly review financial performance against targets and advise on necessary corrective actions. Develop and manage business performance metrics and financial models for decision-making.
- **Cash Flow & Risk Management**:

- Oversee cash flow management to ensure optimal working capital and liquidity for day-to-day operations.
- Develop strategies to improve cash flow, manage financing, and mitigate financial risks.
- Oversee financial risk management, including currency, interest rate, and credit risks.
- **Leadership & Team Management**:

- Establish clear performance objectives, conduct regular evaluations, and ensure that the team is aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including auditors, tax authorities, banks, and external financial consultants.
- **Financial Systems & SAP Expertise**:

- Oversee the integration and management of financial systems, ensuring their alignment with business needs. Manage SAP systems to ensure proper financial data processing, reporting, and internal controls.
- Monitor the effectiveness of financial systems and work to continuously improve data accuracy, reporting, and decision-making processes.
- **Audit & Taxation**:

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of tax returns and manage relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and identifying areas for process improvements.
- **Mergers, Acquisitions, & Capital Management**:

- Lead financial due diligence, structuring, and valuation during mergers, acquisitions, or investments.
- Manage the capital structure and liaise with banks, financial institutions, and investors for financing requirements.
- **Strategic Insights & Business Partnerships**:

- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize business performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team, translating financial data into actionable business strategies.
- Ensure alignment of financial operations with organizational strategies to promote growth and profitability.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
