Job Description

  • Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  • Inventory ControlAnalyze and reduce costs.
  • Ensure controls in Safety, Quality and Storage.
  • Good Working knowledge in SAP.
  • Work with outside suppliers to increase the quality of components.
  • Coordinate with the different department in the manufacturing plant.
  • Work with the financial department to come up with a budget and spending plan.
  • Manage communication lines with managers, suppliers, and procurement departments.
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standardsPropose innovative ideas to increase market share.
  • Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
  • Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc).
  • One of the major responsibilities of the store manager is to make the customers feel safe and comfortable in the store.
  • It is his key responsibility to make sure that the customer leaves the store with a pleasant smile.
  • Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Management

Qualification & Experience:
BE / B.Tech / Dilploma with 10-15 years Experience in Warehouse Management in Heavy Engineering Industry
