Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Mahesana. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Additional responsibilities include developing HR strategies and policies, organizing training programs, managing payroll and benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role involves collaborating with various departments and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
  • Strong employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices
  • Experience in developing HR strategies and policies
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage payroll and benefits administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification is a plus
