Instrumentation & Automation Management:
- Lead installation, commissioning, and maintenance of all plant instrumentation systems.
- Ensure smooth operation and calibration of control valves, transmitters, flow meters, level gauges, sensors, etc.
- Supervise PLC/DCS/SCADA-related control system operations and troubleshooting.

Project Planning & Execution:
- Plan and execute instrumentation projects, including new installations and upgrades.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams for timely project completion.
- Review and approve technical drawings (P&IDs, hook-up drawings, GA, cable schedules).

Preventive Maintenance & Calibration:
- Drive the preventive maintenance schedule for all instruments.
- Ensure timely calibration of critical instruments and maintain calibration records.
- Analyze breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive measures.

Team Leadership & Training:
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians for daily maintenance and projects.
- Provide technical guidance and ensure skill development of subordinates.

Inventory & Vendor Management:
- Monitor spare part consumption and stock levels.
- Coordinate with purchase and stores for procurement and vendor evaluation.
- Support cost optimization and import substitution initiatives.

Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all documentation complies with audit, GMP, and safety requirements.
- Maintain reports on equipment performance, calibration, and modifications.

Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement process optimization opportunities.
- Support plant automation and reliability improvement initiatives.
- In-depth expertise in industrial instrumentation and automation systems.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Sound understanding of PLC/DCS/SCADA programming and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and team management skills.
