The team comprises of a group of first generation marketing expats and some of the best technocrats in the field. The company has four manufacturing bases in India, manufacturing a variety of products.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Inspections & Testing (Under Supervision)**:

- Assist in the inspection of incoming raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products according to established specifications.
- Learn to conduct various quality control tests using specified equipment and techniques.
- Participate in environmental monitoring activities as required.
- Document and accurately record all inspection and testing results.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:

- Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date quality control records, logs, and reports.
- Learn to interpret and analyze data to identify trends or deviations.
- Prepare initial drafts of reports related to quality findings under guidance.
- **Calibration & Maintenance (Under Supervision)**:

- Assist in the routine calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order and calibrated according to schedule.
- **Adherence to Safety & Quality Standards**:

- Strictly adhere to all safety guidelines and laboratory protocols.
- Comply with all company quality policies and industry regulations.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Demonstrate a proactive attitude towards learning and continuous improvement in quality processes.
- Provide feedback on process improvements where applicable.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related scientific/technical discipline from a recognized institution. An M.Pharm degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: 0-1 years of experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior internship or project work in a quality control setting is a plus.
- **Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new concepts and procedures quickly.
- High level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of scientific principles and laboratory practices.
