Evaluator**Key Responsibilities**:

- Evaluate employee performance based on predefined metrics.
- Monitor work processes and suggest improvements.
- Assess adherence to company policies and industry standards.
- Provide feedback to employees and management on performance gaps.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation of evaluations.
- Collaborate with HR and management to improve work efficiency.
- Identify training needs and recommend necessary programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
- Proven experience in work evaluation, quality assurance, or HR.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make objective assessments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and evaluation tools.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [Industry Name, e.g., BPO, IT, Manufacturing] is a plus.
- Certification in HR or Performance Management is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
