Overview The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of products throughout the manufacturing process. This role involves conducting various tests and inspections to verify that products meet established standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Water Testing: Conduct regular testing of water used in the manufacturing process to measure pH, TDS, COD, salt, acidity, and pH levels. Sensory Evaluation: Evaluate cold-room samples and return materials for sensory attributes. Material Testing: Measure the GSM and moisture content of cartons. Chemical Preparation: Prepare necessary chemicals for laboratory testing. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing activities, including raw materials, in-process materials, finished products, ETP operations, product quality rechecks, and carton inspections. Equipment Maintenance: Clean and sanitize laboratory equipment on a daily basis to ensure hygiene and accuracy of test results. Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field Strong understanding of quality control principles and methods Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Working Conditions Primarily laboratory setting Exposure to chemicals and laboratory equipment May require occasional work in manufacturing areas

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
