**Key Responsibilities**

1. **Team Leadership & Supervision**
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of detailers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Assign tasks based on skill levels and workload, ensuring optimal team performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

2. **Quality Control & Standards Compliance**
- Inspect all vehicles pre
- and post-detailing to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Address any discrepancies or customer concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and integrate them into daily operations.

3. **Inventory & Equipment Management**
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of cleaning agents, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure all detailing equipment is maintained, cleaned, and serviced regularly.
- Order supplies as needed, adhering to budgetary constraints.

4. **Operational Efficiency**
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to maximize productivity.
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., sales, service) to align detailing schedules with showroom needs.
- Ensure timely completion of detailing tasks, especially for vehicles scheduled for delivery or showroom display.

5. **Customer Interaction & Satisfaction**
- Engage with customers to understand specific detailing requirements or concerns.
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to detailing services.
- Ensure vehicles are presented in pristine condition, enhancing the showroom's reputation.

6. **Health, Safety & Compliance**
- Enforce safety protocols, ensuring the team uses personal protective equipment (PPE) and follows safe handling procedures for chemicals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
