Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Operations: Manage and coordinate daily operations in production, packing, and cold storage areas to ensure efficient and timely execution.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of workers to achieve production goals and maintain high-quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to guarantee product safety, integrity, and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve production, packing, and cold storage processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of production, packing, and cold storage equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Safety Compliance: Prioritize safety by enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols, conducting regular safety training, and addressing potential hazards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as procurement, quality assurance, and logistics, to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
