Job Description

As a Management Trainee, you'll be responsible for handling end-to-end Accounts Payable activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely month-end closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process invoices, providing resolutions and releasing them for payment.
  • Demonstrate basic Accounts payable process concepts, including 3-way match, PO, NON-PO, GRN etc.
  • Understand nuances of US AP aspects.
  • Resolve vendor queries and requests within agreed SLA.
  • Review and validate basic essentials of valid invoices.
  • Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions.
  • Perform transactional tasks supporting compliance, planning, and execution of assigned processes.
  • Follow up with requisitions to solve hold invoices according to AP guidelines.

What We Seek in You:

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts and journal entries.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • ERP knowledge, such as Oracle Fusion or D365.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
