
Strategic Sales Professional

As a Retail Banking Sales professional, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in our branches. You will be responsible for actively participating in branch operations and sales activities to ensure we meet our sales targets.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their financial needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote banking products such as Current Accounts, Saving Accounts, Life Insurance, Retail Assets, Business Assets, DSHL, Credit Cards Mutual Funds, and Fixed Deposits.
- Manage and grow the portfolio of existing customers, building lasting relationships and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
- Work collaboratively with other branch teams to achieve sales and service goals.
Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate degree.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
