Job Title: Technical Lead

">
  • Designing and implementing scalable solutions using Salesforce Community Cloud functionality.
  • Supporting customers with employer/employee portal and registration process solutions.
  • Optimizing CMS content for multiple languages and managing approach to achieve this goal.
  • This individual will be responsible for configuring, building and customizing Salesforce Community Cloud responsibilities.
  • Configure new and enhanced functionality in the platform using declarative and/or programmatic solutions.
  • Key components contributing to performance optimization within a design will be identified.
  • Solutions that scale and perform will be built.
  • Risks and issues will be anticipated and mitigated.
  • Effective business solutions will be consistently delivered.
  • A consistent and automated way of building, packaging and testing applications for continuous integration (CI) will be followed.
  • Development aspects of all application projects in peer IT portfolios will be supported.
  • Customer requirements will be analyzed to determine an appropriate solution design considering capabilities, limitations and design trade-offs.

Requirements

">
  • A minimum of 3 years Experience Cloud experience on high user volume projects (>500 users).
  • Minimum 5 year experience with Experience Cloud project supporting each type of licensing: Partner License, Customer License (Plus and High Volume), Per login and User licenses.
  • Community template experience is required.
  • Experience in designing and implementing portal solutions (3-5 years).
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate technical programs complexity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform including Service Cloud and Community Cloud is required.
  • Solid grasp of content management and database concepts.
  • Agile software development familiarity is needed.
  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager experience is beneficial.
  • Certified Community Cloud Consultant and Certified Salesforce Administrator are desired certifications.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent with minimum 9 years of work experience. (Associates Degree requires minimum 6 years work experience).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
