Key Responsibilities:

  • Align business requirements with technical solutions to ensure successful implementation of Salesforce FSC.
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations and address scalability and performance issues.
  • Navigate regulatory compliance to ensure adherence to industry regulations.
  • Balance customization and out-of-the-box functionality to meet business needs effectively.
  • Engage with third-party vendors and work closely with end users and stakeholders.
  • Lead the technical vision to success and oversee technological risks.
  • Coordinate ongoing activities and translate design concepts to IT operations.
  • Align IT strategy with the organization's mission and analyze business properties and needs.
  • Analyze current trends in technology architecture and design an information technology roadmap.
  • Realize designated technical implementation processes with a focus on client-centricity.
  • Be a strong communicator, have stress resistance, work well under tight deadlines, and have a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
  • Manage multiple tasks and responsibilities efficiently with a product mindset.
