Enterprise Solutions Architect

The role of an Enterprise Solutions Architect revolves around orchestrating platform solutions that align with business requirements, guiding technical teams, and ensuring scalable and effective enterprise integrations.

  • An ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, systems integration, process optimization, and proven ability in leading enterprise-level IT projects.

This position involves designing and developing scalable solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements to architect effective solutions that enhance functionality and performance. The successful candidate will lead and mentor technical teams in solution development and implementation, integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems, and overseeing customization while maintaining best practices.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for large-scale enterprises.
  • Extensive knowledge of IT service management, IT operations management, and IT business management on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
