Job Description:

  • Finacle Application Support: Provide advanced technical assistance for Finacle applications, focusing on CBS Version 7.0.25 and UBS versions.
  • Banking Operations Expertise: Possess a thorough understanding of the business logic of banks and experience handling End of Day (EOD) and Beginning of Day (BOD) operations.
  • Core Banking & IT Support: Apply working knowledge of Core Banking Solutions and Banking IT support to resolve issues effectively.
  • Troubleshooting & Resolution: Perform troubleshooting and resolution of observed issues on a daily basis, utilizing analytical skills to identify solutions.
  • Service Management: Utilize experience with Service Management/Ticketing Solutions to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Delivery Leadership: Demonstrate leadership skills in similar projects, guiding teams towards successful outcomes.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with teams and communicate clearly with stakeholders, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Continuous Learning: Show eagerness to learn and adapt to challenging technical tasks, staying up-to-date with industry developments.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Finacle Menu Options: Proficiency in navigating Finacle menu options, including CBS Version 7.0.25 and UBS versions.
  • Business Logic Understanding: Thorough understanding of the business logic of banks and experience handling EOD/BOD operations.
  • Core Banking Solutions: Proficiency in Core Banking Solutions and Banking IT support, applying this knowledge to resolve issues.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving: Strong skills in troubleshooting and problem-solving, identifying effective solutions to complex issues.
  • Service Management: Proficiency with Service Management/Ticketing Solutions, managing and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
