We are seeking a skilled Client Relationship Manager to drive impactful digital and creative outcomes for our clients.
About the RoleAs a Client Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all communication and deliverables. You will translate client requirements into actionable briefs for design, video, and content teams, and track execution closely.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned clients, managing all communication and deliverables.
- Translate client requirements into actionable briefs for design, video, and content teams; track execution closely.
- Develop and suggest creative, research-backed strategies based on current marketing trends and competitive analysis.
- Manage client campaigns, including digital presence, social media initiatives & creative rollouts.
- Monitor progress daily, share updates, and capture feedback for continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports, campaign updates, and documentation for leadership and clients.
- Ensure timely invoicing and follow-up for payments.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of campaign management, digital trends, and creative communication.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines with accountability.
