Key Human Resources Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled professional who can drive our HR functions forward, focusing on talent acquisition, people development, performance management and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent across the business, design compelling job descriptions and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
  • People Development: Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building events and wellness initiatives.
  • Performance Management: Define KRAs, review cycles and learning goals for all departments, drive performance appraisals and goal-setting initiatives, recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities.
  • Compliance & Operations: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR policies, ensure legal compliance, manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves and employee records.

Requirements:

  • A highly motivated and organized HR professional with 5+ years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of modern HR practices and labor laws.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and culturally sensitive approach.
