Technical Training Specialist

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in technical training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to tailor training to the target audience

The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing Zscaler technical courses and certifications online and in-class with professionalism and effective techniques.

This role requires up to 90% travel, including remote locations in India, and flexibility across APJ time zones.

Minimum qualifications include 4+ years of experience in technical training, detail-oriented skills, and the ability to tailor training to the target audience.

Preferred qualifications include experience as a technical instructor in network security, cloud, or SaaS technology, and strong classroom skills.
