
Senior Business Process Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Organizational Management Specialist to join our team.
The role plays a crucial part in depicting the organizational structure, providing information electronically, and serving as a foundation for reporting audits, legal proceedings, and internal workflows. This applies to all white-collar and blue-collar associates worldwide.
- Global Projects: Participate actively in design, transition, takeover phases, and ensure smooth execution of OM activities in Global Projects.
- Automation Programs: Develop ideas, initiate, and implement automation programs to reduce capacity and enhance user experience.
- Process Improvements & Harmonization: Identify, propose, and implement process improvements through Change Requests, Logical Hierarchies, and Service Management Tickets. Implement harmonization across entities.
- Maintain Organizational structures, positions, person, and communication master data.
- Second-level support on technical issues: Resolve queries related to COMPAS, HR core – rules, policies, and processes, data creation, and maintenance.
- Maintain Organizational Master Data in the COMPAS system.
- Maintain Position Master Data in the Local HR System.
- SAP Updation (HR Core): Create/delimit Org units, classify Org types, Org area, Cost center update, Personnel Area/Sub area updation, Location update, Account Assignment, Info Org unit, Position maintenance, Position Movements, Role updation, Target & Disciplinary Manager mapping, Managerial Assignments, Direct/Indirect flag update. Provide reliable data to consumer systems connected to COMPAS.
- Monthly inputs to Org changes Stake holders Team on OM and Chief updates.
- SLA adherence through timely closure of SSF tickets and interaction via Teams or email with stakeholders.
- Create Queries and generate Need Based MIS & Reports from SAP & COMPAS.
- Partner effectively with internal and external customers, delivering high-level customer service.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any Discipline, Post Graduate / MBA in HR (Optional), MSW
Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in SAP/Sucess factors
Mandatory/requires Skills: Experience in EC/SAP
