Job Title: Senior Business Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Budget Analyst to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our Commercial Real Estate & Construction loan origination and administration platform.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be a key bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, and the technology team, ensuring that our solutions meet the evolving needs of our customers in the commercial real estate market.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for CRE & Construction loan origination and post-closing administration (including draw management and disbursement processes).
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys with stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with product owners to define product vision, roadmap, and release plans.
  • Contribute to the design and development of new features and functionalities for our loan origination and administration platform.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of construction loan processes, including budget management, draw requests, inspections, and disbursements.
