DM Plant Manager - Chemist

A seasoned professional with expertise in DM plant operation, maintenance, and quality assurance is required to oversee the Demineralisation (DM) Water Treatment Plant in a Biomass Power Plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operate and maintain the DM Water Treatment Plant to ensure efficient water treatment and minimize waste production.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that enhance plant efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
  3. Develop and maintain comprehensive records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and quality control measures.
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for water treatment and environmental management.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to plant personnel to promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  6. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  7. Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and optimize plant performance.
