About Insights & Advisory (IA)

Our IA team provides valuable insights and strategic guidance to organizations through data-driven analysis and market research. We help decision-makers make informed choices by analyzing trends, consumer behavior, and business data, ultimately driving positive impacts on organizational performance.

Key responsibilities will include:

Strategic Development: Work closely with government/public entities to develop comprehensive strategies that promote investment and drive production growth in the mining sector.

Technical Expertise: Provide expert advice on mining areas to support regulatory framework development and company strategies.

Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis on regional mining industry trends, opportunities, and challenges – generate insights and actionable output, including recommendations and global best practices.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with mining companies, investors, and local communities to promote sustainable mining practices and build strong relationships.

Performance Metrics: Establish and implement performance metrics to track progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Thought Leadership and Business Development: Contribute to the development of methodologies, tools, and intellectual property related to mining sector trends and innovations; facilitate proposal development and other business development work.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree preferred in Mining fields; MBAs also considered.

Minimum 5 years of experience in the mining industry and overall experience of minimum 8 years in research/consulting field.

In-depth knowledge of mining areas, including exploration, resource evaluation, mine development, and beneficiation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make informed decisions to optimize mining operations.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel for extended durations.
