Customer Support and Content Associate

About this Role:

We are seeking passionate individuals to handle customer inquiries and create content in Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese.

Your main goal will be to provide excellent customer satisfaction by translating English content to Latin Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese and responding to customer complaints through various channels in a professional manner.

In addition, you should possess good listening skills with the ability to multitask and complete required tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand our products and services.
  • Support customers via email ticketing systems, social media, and phone calls.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries.
  • Provide detailed information to customers.
  • Maintain records of each phone call for future reference.
  • Offer new employees training sessions to enhance their skills.
  • Follow up with customers for further information.
  • Take feedback from customers.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with customers.
  • Create content for the team in line with marketing requirements.
  • Contribute to social media and website content.

Requirements:

  • Excellent fluency in spoken Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
  • Strong command over written Latin Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English.
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in providing support in the respective languages.
  • Candidates with experience supporting international customers via call or chat preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Good problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-oriented individual.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
  • A quick learner with exceptional decision-making abilities.
  • Flexible for rotational shifts and weekly offs.
